The ‘maison d’adele’ is a place deeply rooted in our DNA (or heritage might be better for English speakers): you receive the warmest of welcomes and discover our livelihood and our surroundings.

In 2022 I had the opportunity to purchase my neighbor’s house. A comfortable building, filled with light, that I’ve furnished like a home, with a desire to share ‘The Sancerre Life’ and offer a place for unparalleled relaxation.

I personally greet all my guests. Making new acquaintances gives me the opportunity to share and discover together with you the values that motivate us each day.

A gîte for 2, 4, 6 or 10 people.

Here, you benefit from a pocket of nature in the village, where you can spend beautiful moments as a couple, among friends or as a family, the gite can accommodate between 2 – 10 persons.

Maison d’Adele has a large garden and a terrace with a magnificent view of Sancerre’s hills.
On the garden level enjoy a large living room with space for dining, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor, two large family bedrooms, with double and twin bed and pullout sofas to accommodate all visitors. A second bathroom with a toilet and shower/bathtub combination is provided.

A kitchen ready for cooking – or not! (dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, bakeware…).
A large living room with a flat screen television and wifi. Books, games and puzzles.
A laundry room is available for long stays (washing machine, dryer).
A comfortable temperature is assured by a wood heater and a heat pump and reversible air conditioners in each living room and the bedrooms.
A seating area, deck chairs, barbeque and outdoor games can be found in the garden.
For a stress-free stay, linens, kitchen and bath towels are provided.
And if you come with a baby or young child, you will find the things you need for them everyday: portable crib, a small baby bath, a high chair, a potty, step stool and many toys.

Reservation Conditions

A deposit of 50% must be paid upon reservation, by wire transfer or by check, and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. Reservation confirmation will be sent by email after receipt of the payment.

The balance is due 5 days before your arrival and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or delay.

A deposit (a check 200/1000 Euros based on the duration of the stay) you will be required for long stays (1 week or more) upon arrival and returned after checkout if everything is in order.

General conditions of sale :

Services included : electricity 8kw/day, bathroom linen, sheets, beds made up when you arrive (and stripped when you leave).
Services not included: Extra Electricity supply: 0,0228€ kw/day and 0.161€ kw/night,
Cleaning after departure: an additional 60€ – 100€, based on the number of guests.
