Wine tourism is a meeting with the terroir, the wine, the gastronomy and the livelihood of the winemaker.. Adelaide Grall has welcomed guests to the wine estate for many years and therefore it naturally supports the label ‘Vineyards and Discoveries’, which commits us to promote and educate about the wines of the region with our guests.
For the Maison d’Adele, that means “a welcome drink”, decoration focused on wine and vineyards, and proposals to discover the wine and wine estates in the region.
In the gite you will find a number of books about wine and the vines to improve your knowledge.
To go more in-depth, I propose a visit to the wine estate to discover the vocation of the winemaker and the work in the vines, or a private custom tasting :
Commented wine and food pairing, a ‘geo-sensory’ tasting in a vineyard parcel situation 200 m from the gite, or even simply an apero tasting in the garden at Maison d’Adele, don’t hesitate to request your reservation.
The tasting visits are ideal to learn more about the vineyards, you are a wine lover, epicurien or simply curious to experience new things.
I recommend several bottles, and share my selection of 100% local wines (Berry might confuse them in English), designed for my guests. You will find a wine cellar with a bottle from each appellation in the Centre Loire, pour your aperos, dinners…
A simple process : the wine and beer list is attached with numbers and references. Our guests are invited to serve themselves bottles stocked in the wine refrigerator ? and leave the corresponding amount in the box provided.
This allows the discovery of the richness and excellence of wine from Sancerre and the Centre Loire.
And if there is one that seduces you, you can then go buy it in the surrounding wine cellars and wine stores.
